Rocamadour is a wonderful place. I felt this hotel was not as touristic as some of the others, and the location was perfect. I was happy with my choice. The staff at the hotel and the accompanying restaurant were very nice. There is a beautiful view of the cliffs from the restaurant too.

Chambre non conforme à la réservation

L’hôtel est bien situé, mais je suis déçue car la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée. J’avais choisi une chambre double confort avec vue sur la rivière, or j’ai reçu une chambre sans cette vue et de confort moindre. Cela a vraiment impacté la qualité de mon séjour, et je regrette le manque d’explication ou de geste commercial à ce sujet. J’espère que ce type de situation sera mieux géré à l’avenir, car le cadre est agréable et le potentiel est là.

Bien pour une étape dans la région

Sommes restés une nuit, famille avec 2 enfants. L'hôtel est bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la rivière et doté d'une piscine. La chambre était petite. Il faisait très chaud et nous n'avions pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur. Même en ouvrant toutes les fenètres, la température n'est pas descendue. Pas de télévision dans la chambre mais une télévision à disposition dans une salle à disposition des clients. Le restaurant est correct mais assez onéreux. Nous avons pris seulement 3 petits-déjeuners mais payé 4. Vérifiez donc votre facture car je ne l'ai pas fait. Petit-déjeuner correnct. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Il y a une belle petite plage à proximité de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

Tout simplement parfait! Gentillesse du personnel, piscine avec vue sur la falaise, le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits de qualité (jambon blanc, tomme de brebis...); le restaurant est excellent également à tel point qu'on y a déjeuné le lendemain midi. Idéalement placé à 10min de St Cirq La Popie, 3km de la grotte de Pech Merle, départ de randonnée devant l'hotel....

L'hôtel a du être rénové récemment car les chambres sont dans un état impeccables, bien décorées et modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux! Je conseille aussi le restaurant, ce sont des spécialités traditionnelles françaises fait maison et c'est délicieux! Le personnel est accueillant et très agréable. Le village est très mignon et juste à côté des grottes de Pech merle

Étape pour les grottes !

Séjour de 2 nuits dans une chambre très petite. Le seul endroit pour ouvrir une petite valise est la table..! Salle d’eau agréable mais 2/3 porte-manteaux seraient les bienvenus ! Belle situation au calme en bordure du Célè. La vue sur la piscine (de belle taille) est également agréable. Ce qui manque c’est, à défaut de clim, au moins un ventilateur, car dormir volet et fenêtres ouverts nous privent d’intimité et nous récupérons les odeurs de tabacs de la terrasse située juste en dessous. Bonne situation pour les grottes de Pech Merle auxquelles on peut accéder en 10 minutes de voiture ou 1/2 heure a pied par un petit sentier grimpant à travers les arbustes.

Un établissement hôtelier avec un fort potentiel. Bien plaçé au-dessus de la rivière, la terrasse et la piscine sont les atouts majeurs, avec une excellente cuisine. Les défauts: insonorisation des chambres mauvaise, un manque d'entretien peinture extérieure, de finition, pas de nappe sur les tables. Pas de changement de serviette de toilette même si l'on reste plusieurs jours, il faut le demander.
