Very nice landlord and great location for excursions

We were here in the fall and took numerous trips by car from Carbourg. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (we're good walkers). The landlords are super nice. We only spoke a little French, but we got along very well. Apartment is small, very nicely furnished and we had everything we needed. The landlords even had a few nice things (e.g. cider) as a welcome gift. Very nice people.

Très bien situé et très bien équipé.

Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations très utiles à notre arrivée. Ils se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien dès le lendemain de notre arrivée et se tenaient prêts à intervenir si besoin. L'appartement est très bien situé. Séjour comme à la maison !

Joli appartement, bien agencé, avec une vraie cuisine bien équipée, plein de petites attentions sont mises en place pour les locataires , un lit 160 très confortable et fait à notre arrivée ! Et surtout un joli petit jardinet bien entretenu avec une grande terrasse en bois et des chaises longues à disposition … autant dire que ce fut un excellent séjour !!

La location est très bien située on peut tout faire à pied : plage à 12 minutes, centre ville à 10 minutes, hippodrome 15-20 minutes (j’ai l’habitude de marcher). La terrasse et le jardin sont clairement un atout dans la location, le parking est facile ; sinon il y a tout le nécessaire dans la location pour passer un séjour tranquille. Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute, on est très bien accueillis.

Wir verbrachten 4 schöne Tage in Cabourg, die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und ist mit einer schönen Terrasse ausgestattet. Die Besitzer bereiteten uns einen sehr netten Empfang und hatten gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Umgebung von Cabourg gibt es viele interessante Ausflugsziele. Uns hat der Aufenthalt recht gut gefallen.

Le logement est très bien situé, tout est accessible à pieds. Le logement est également très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Tout est prévu dès notre arrivé, lit fait, serviettes de toilette fournies, une petite bouteille d'eau est à notre disposition sur les chevets, accueil comme dans un hôtel. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et au petits soins pour nous.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires qui nous ont expliqué tout le fonctionnement, préparé un petit panier garni. Appartement avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, tous les produits de base pour quelques jours(jusqu'au sèche cheveux, parapluie, jouets de plage etc...). Serviettes et draps fournis! Le jardin, est charmant exposé ouest, super pour les apéros du soir!

Un séjour comme à la maison

Petit appartement très convivial où tout est fait par les propriétaires pour qu'on s'y sente comme à la maison. On a apprécié le fait que tout soit compris (linge de maison et draps fournis, mais également torchons, essui-tout...). Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires (avec petit panier garni), leur gentillesse et attentions pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien, le fait qu'il y ait des livres pour les petits et jeux de société. La résidence est calme et proche de la mer ou du centre, 10 min à pied environ. On recommande vivement cette location.

Joli appartement dans résidence en rdc où rien ne manquait . Jacques et Marie Jo nous attendaient pour nous expliquer la logistique interne et externe . Un panier garni à l'appui en cadeau . Place de parking garantie en extérieur , avec le centre ville et la plage pas trop éloignés . Les plus étaient une literie excellente ainsi qu'une 2 ème TV dans la chambre . L'endroit est calme . Nous conservons soigneusement cette adresse .

Entfernung zum Strand

Entfernung zum Strand war geschrieben 400 m falsch, genau war 900 m. Das Handtuch im Bad war schmutzig bilder kann ich schicken. Die Unterlage in der Dusche war verschimmelt so stark dass ich die entfernen musste. Das Fernsehen hat nicht richtig funktioniert, teilweise defekt. In den ganzen Wohnung waren so viel unnutzbaren gestellte Sachen dass ich musste zuerst aufräumen und für mich Platz schaffen z.B Bad auf der Terrasse. Haben wir ganz alte defekte Tisch Und sehr schmutzige Stühle. Insgesamt war ich enttäuscht.
