The Space:

The open-concept ground floor boasts a spacious living room, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an entertainment room with a 70-inch flat-screen TV. Casa Aguila offers five elegantly designed bedrooms in the classic Guanacaste style, with bespoke hardwood furniture and en-suite bathrooms featuring waterfall-effect showers. A sixth versatile room with a double Murphy bed can serve as a private office, studio, or additional bedroom.
The four main bedrooms on the upper level each open onto a panoramic balcony with stunning ocean and mountain views. Each suite includes a full two-piece en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and a walk-in closet with a safe. The two remaining guest suites on the lower level offer one with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a closet with a safe.
