The Space:

The heart of Casa Aguila is its dramatic dining area. A custom 12-seat Guanacaste wood table opens onto a 10-meter terrace and the infinity pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows span two stories, blending interiors with the surrounding natural beauty and offering panoramic views where sky and ocean meet. The “Eagle Wing” design ensures refreshing breezes circulate through the common areas, which are naturally ventilated and complemented by ceiling fans.



The open-concept ground floor boasts a spacious living room, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an entertainment room with a 70-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen’s quartz waterfall island doubles as a breakfast bar, while sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor terrace with additional dining and lounge spaces. The exterior is fully equipped with a barbecue, pizza oven, and two mini-fridges, perfect for savoring cocktails while taking in the view.



Casa Aguila offers five elegantly designed bedrooms in the classic Guanacaste style, with bespoke hardwood furniture and en-suite bathrooms featuring waterfall-effect showers. A sixth versatile room with a double Murphy bed can serve as a private office, studio, or additional bedroom.



The four main bedrooms on the upper level each open onto a panoramic balcony with stunning ocean and mountain views. Each suite includes a full two-piece en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower and a walk-in closet with a safe. The two remaining guest suites on the lower level offer one with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a closet with a safe.



Every bedroom is outfitted with luxurious linens, air conditioning, and all essential amenities to ensure your comfort.

This home is breathtaking with all required amenities and sweeping views of Tamarindo and Playa Grande coastline. The support team is excellent and were very attentive to our needs. There is a little market at the bottom of the hill for grocery, fresh baked goods and nearby fresh fruit and veggie markets. Would highly recommend!
