Good for the location and view!
This is a good property for the proximity of the surrounding area beaches and attractions. My family and I (and our little doggy) enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, had AC throughout and looks like the pictures. The unit was on the third floor but we didn’t find the stairs to be too much. The condo community is quiet and felt very safe and had ample parking. We even met the neighbors and they were very nice and gave good recommendations for food. The outside terrace has a beautiful view but please note the full sunset is blocked so you need to drive over to the closest beach to enjoy the full thing. Either way it is still a nice terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning etc. The living room does have a tv with Roku but the batteries in remote were dead for us and the seating area is quite small for 4 people.
The one thing I was not happy with in the beginning was the check in process. After booking this place the owners had a note on the listing that they would provide the information to get into the unit on the day of arrival. However, When we arrived at the place, I still hadn’t received anything to get in. I tried calling the owner at least 10 times, I messaged them many times, all to no avail. I eventually thought the best I can do at this point is call Vrbo customer service. Only then was I finally patched through to the owners. That whole process had us waiting at least an hour outside the parking gate. Their exercise was they were on vacation…
