Full A/C house with 12" x 20" private pool, also a shallow area for children. A lot of fun at the white house. A great property in the gated community perfect for relaxing, meet with friends and family.
Close of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico, sea food restaurants, historical places, Cabo Rojo national wildlife refuge and Schoenstatt sanctuary. Also, near to the "extraterrestrial tour" road. Full A/C house.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cover garage parking for 1, a backyard with patio table with chairs, BBQ grill and 2 kayaks available for guests. Fully equipped kitchen, solar water heater, TV and fiber optic Wi-fi. The property has a security camera in the parking, front door and back yard.

Great location in Cabo Rojo
We enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and provided a lot of room for our family of 3 adults and one teen. The pool was an extra bonus - perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploration. This area of Puerto Rico is beautiful and there is so much to see!

Nice but needs some TLC
The house is pretty, but many of the appliances need to be repaired (an AC unit, the dishwasher, one stove burner, very limited hot water). With a few repairs and more detailed cleaning the house would be amazing. The host was great and the check in/check out process was easy. Be aware thar the neighbors dogs come out at 5:30 AM daily and bark for hours. I know the host cant fix this but if your not an early riser then you will be quite annoyed. The location was awesome for tons of great resturaunts.

The home was large and comfortable . We loved the location- close to beaches and great restaurants. AC throughout the house, plenty of bathrooms and perfect for a family vacation. The host was friendly and ready to answer questions at anytime. We had a wonderful and memorable weekend.

My family had an amazing time. House was beautiful and close to so many great beaches. If you like the Cabo Rojo area this is definitely the house to have. Host were great. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back and recommending this location to friends.

Spacious Comfort
The property is spacious, very comfortable and clean. It had all kitchen supplies needed and excess towels and bed sheets and pillow cases which is a plus . It sits in the middle of the area of Cabo Rojo close to many favorite tourist spots (Boqueron Beach, Combate Beach, Crash Boat Beach - a definite stop, San German City, Sabana Grande Pozo and La Parguera among others). Our greatest suprise was discovering Schoenstatt smack in the middle of Cabo Rojo. If you are a person of faith I highly recommend it. The party involved with the booking were super responsible, considerate and kind. The property was safe although the entry gate is opened to anyone and its appearance does not match the house itself. Be prepared for the experience of hearing animals loudly express themselves specific to the morning - ha, ha! (dogs, sheep, coquis and birds). We are from the island and appreciate these sounds. The property is priced reasonably. I recommend this property for its space, comfort, central location and price. It is truly a great find. Sincerely, The Rodriguez family (NY and NJ)

Miradero House Review
Our experience was not great. House design/architecture is quite impressive, but house has not been well maintained. There is no manual or written directions for visitors. The house was somewhat dirty upon our arrival; sand was present in one of the beds, indicating sheets had not been changed. There was no hot water in the master bedroom. The glass and stainless steel sinks were covered with a haze of calcium deposits. The dishwasher did not work. The front steps were partially blocked by overgrowth from a small palm tree. We were expecting a quiet visit but there are a lot of dogs on the adjacent properties that bark incessantly at night. This made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Family and Friends Reunion in Cabo Rojo
The beautiful house was close to the many different beaches. This was my grandkids' and daughters' first time on the island and they loved it. The many restaurants suited their different styles of foods and appetites while the beaches and activities like Swimming, Snorkeling, fishing, salsa dancing, bird watching kept us busy. The air conditioned, roomy house was the perfect place to spend time together exploring and being at peace. We agreed to definitely recommend the house to people interested in sharing PR's natural beauty and charm. The host was always warm and available to our questions before and during the trip which made the experience a true pleasure.

Great family stay
My family rented this property for a week and worked out great. Tons of room, great working ac in every room, stocked with everything needed, and awesome owners/property manager. Perfect stay for a weekend get away!
What a wonderful experience! The house is large and beautiful! Beautifully updated and great landscaping. The property is located in a gated community just minutes from the water! My family and I came for a quick weekend stay. Toni was very attentive. She met us when we arrived to the property to show us around. The house is well kept and perfect to accommadate all vacation needs. This is a perfect house in a perfect location for anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico!
