"beach nearby but no view from garden room , a/c very efficient also ceiling fan . Staff very helpful , put new lock in safe as soon as I requested it . Reception took me directly to room carrying my baggage (without me having to ask) even though guests were waiting at desk but I had already had reservation confirmed so they attended me directly . "

"The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area...

"Vi bodde i två olika kategorier av rum. Bägge höll hög standard. Husen är byggda i sten och rummen helt nyrenoverade. Sköna sängar och badrum med god standard. Personalen är uppmärksam och alla frågor vi hade hjälpte de oss med på ett effektivt sätt. Placeringen är direkt på stranden med en bra restaurang. Maten är enkel fräsch och vällagade och frukosten likaså. Hela resorten har genomgått en omfattande renovering och trädgården är lugn och behaglig. Rekommenderar detta hotell om ni vill ha...

"A lot is going right for this place. We stayed for 3 nights, and even though the room was, let's say, condensed, we didn't mind it at all. The service, warm hospitality, prompt attention to details, and above all, friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. The owners are making sure you are greeted with a smile, and the support staff is following the culture. We would come back if given a choice"

"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."
