"I had a really rough trip bringing my disabled daughter to see her grandpa. It was a 4 hour drive each way. By the time I got settled in I was exhausted. The front desk clerk (I wish I had gotten her name) was so kind, helpful & got us checked in quickly. We ordered room service and the food was very good. Hailey from room service went above and beyond, quickly bringing a spoon to me when I had forgotten to ask for one for my daughter who has to have her food puréed. My daughter could not get settled in that night and cried until I put her back in the car to go home in the middle of the night. By that time, I was really beat up physically (she’s an adult but still has to be lifted) and I went downstairs where I was greeted by Mario at the front desk. He helped me to my car, helped me load everything including my daughter’s wheelchair/stroller and even offered to take my trash from the car back to be tossed out. If I ever get to Richland again this is where I will stay. Hopefully next time I get to stay the whole night."

"The room was very nice and the staff was amazing but there was a terrible smell in the hallways that seeped into my room. There was also some questionable characters around and someone got arrested in the parking lot. "

"I stayed at this property 3/19/2026 for one night not knowing it is being remodeled. If you have sensitivity to strong odors, which I do, I would avoid until the remodel is complete. I believe it was adhesives that were affecting my eyes, nose and gave me a migraine. If you don’t have sensitivity to odors it’s probably not an issue. We have stayed here many times because the location is next to a very nice park by the river and it has always been a good experience. Once the remodeling is completed I’m sure I will return."
