"No elevator. Soon as we got into our room I went to the bathroom saw there was dirty towels even the hand towel had been used. The toilet paper holder was broken off and laying in the shelf and toilet paper on the floor. No travel size shampoo like most hotels do. Next day we went to the pool/hot tub it was barley luke warm the pool was warmer than the hot tub it was putting out cold water. Got back in the room requested clean towels they said they were in the dryer and would be sent up soon. 4 hrs later we got towels but all the hot water was out at the hotel. Like all the rooms not just ours. Also breakfast wasn't how it's pictured and there wasn't much to choose from. The housekeeper was nice though. The guy at the front said we'd be getting money back because of the hot water issue and have yet to still get any type of refund. I definitely do not recommend. "

"Parking was very easy, staff was excellent and extremely nice, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, i cant say enough about the staff, extremely kind. Will definitely stay there again ."

"I normally like Home2Suites. This property was very clean and convenient. Rooms were huge and had plenty of modern conveniences like enough plug-ins for all your gear. If you can, avoid room 101. We got it. Hated it. The heater/air conditioner made a noise like someone belly-flopping into a pool all night. Like every 10 minutes ... or just enough to let you get to sleep before rudely waking you up. I specifically asked if this was a quiet room and was told it was. Alas ... the desk staff is very uninformed."

"I was pleasantly shocked when my husband and I stayed here. The room was extremely clean, the air conditioner worked wonderfully, and the staff was super nice! It's a family owned motel, and they obviously take great pride in their business. We pretty much like our room to be super cold when we sleep, and the air conditioning was fantastic. We had no issues at all while staying here and will definitely stay again when we're in town! "

"Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. Electrical outlet wasn’t working in bathroom area. Not a pleasant stay. "
