Family Vacation

The 5 Palms could be a very nice place with the exceptions that the rooms are dated and the breakfast buffet is cold. The service and friendliness of the staff is very good always willing to assist from baggage to food and drinks. Safes in the rooms should be bolted down. Overall nice place for the price.

The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The management doesn’t seem particularly interested in running a hotel and more like they are on vacation. There are lots of options in the area. Choose another one.

I stayed at this hotel the first week of January and was pleased with the services offered, the rooms, and the food at the restaurant. The game area is perfect and the pool table very fun. The food was delicious and the swimming pool welcomed us on the most hot days. Amazing staff are always willing to help with a smile on their face. My partner had a visa issue, and the general manager and his assistant Hamaz tried their absolute best but did not get the visa. I changed my plan and checked out early. I will definetly come back in the future

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenen schöne Hotelanlage an einem traumhaften Strand. Es wird täglich Pool, Anlage und Strand sauber gemacht und das Personal ist motiviert und hat Interesse daran, einem einen schönen Urlaub zu machen. Speisekarte war nach einer Woche allmählich langweilig, Portionen etwas klein und Preise wie in Europa. Auch die vielen kleinen 0,5L Plastikwasserfalschen waren etwas nervig, teuer (1USD) und erzeugen viel Müll, den man auf der ganzen Insel sehen konnte.
