"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too ..."
