For the kids, enjoy a day at Water Wiz Water Park just 4.5 miles away, then enjoy the evening sea breeze around the provided fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating in convenient. Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set heat to 67 or A/C to 7 or 72. Check that stove, etc. are off. Lock doors/windows. Leave beds that were used unmade. Handwashed dishes can dry on counter. Used towels may be left on bathroom floor.
See house guidebook for more details. I do not charge cleaning fees and I'm able to do that because my guests leave the house in great shape. Thank you!!!
