Pousada próximo da praia, cerca d 6min andando... Tudo limpo, porém o box do meu quarto estava com uma leve crosta preta próximo ao blindex. Pontos de melhoria: Melhorar o jogo de toalhas de banho. Melhorar a acústica do quarto, visto que dentro do quarto existe uma porta de acesso ao quarto vizinho, o que permite escutar tudo do quarto ao lado, no nosso caso, a experiência foi ruim porque no quarto ao lado tinham criança e foi horrível para dormir, muita gritaria a noite. Melhorar o café da manhã, pois é bem simples. Bem como na parte da tarde, poderiam oferecer um cafezinho de cortesia com um bolinho, mas aí invés disso, tem uma máquina com cápsulas ao custo de R$ 5,00. Por fim, todos que trabalham na pousada são muito educados e solícitos, gostei muito. Ambiente agradável e leve.

Hotel ruim, mas atendimento normal.

O atendimento foi normal, mas o hotel não é nada bom. - colchão com dois buracos em cada lado - quarto pequeno demais - chuveiro com pouca água elétrico - café da manhã com horário restrito e sem reposição - estacionamento minúsculo. Tivemos que deixar o carro na rua - área pública normal Não voltaremos, mas o atendimento foi normal.

Excelente, pousada aconchegante funcionária da recepção muito atenciosa e educada, café da manhã bom, com algumas opções. Piscina boa. A pousada fica Muito perto da praia da Ferradura uns 5 minutos andando, próximo a rua das pedras também, usei Uber para ir e deu no máximo R$ 15,00. Senti falta de um café de cortesia, onde a maioria das pousadas oferecem, tirando isso foi show . Recomendo!

O atendimento foi excelente. Os funcionários Xavier, Carol, Moisés, Jeferson...tds muito prestativos e atenciosos. Gostaria de registrar um desagrado na hora do checkout. Me apresentaram e cobraram por uma toalha de rosto pequena branca, com uma mancha de uns 5 cm. Paguei mas fiquei contrariada. Nao usei toalhas indevidamente, nem as retirei do quarto. Além do que em sendo branca, nada q uma lavagem não retirasse. Faltou habilidade e percepção do cliente. Logo na saída!! Fica aqui registrado meu desagrado como contribuição para um atendimento justo.

Muy linda la posada, elegiría volver a hospedarme en este lugar. La habitación es cómoda, tiene TV con Netflix y aire acondicionado. Nos llovió gran parte del viaje y pudimos aprovechar las instalaciones en el salón de juegos con billar y metegol. Está a 5 minutos caminando de praia da ferradura, y buena ubicación en general. Matias fue muy servicial, nos atendieron bárbaro!! Lo súper recomiendo, está bárbaro el lugar!

Recomendo!

Quartos com camas confortáveis, TV a cabo, netflix, bom wi-fi. Excelente piscina, saboroso café da manhã, sala de jogos. A pousada fica a menos de 10 minutos de caminhada da praia da Ferradura, numa área silenciosa. Nos últimos anos me hospedei em umas 8 pousadas em Búzios, umas muito boas, outras nem tanto. Agora posso dizer que definitivamente encontrei meu lugar em Búzios. O atendimento e a simpatia com que André, Aline e Mathias nos receberam nos fizeram sentir hóspedes especiais nos 4 dias de Reveillon. Muito obrigado por tudo! Até breve! Marcelo e Aline.

Excelente Estadia na Pousada Villa Bella

Eu e minha esposa passamos uma semana de férias hospedados na Pousada Villa Bella. Nós achamos a pousada bastante confortável, segura e próxima do Centro de Búzios. Possui Wi-Fi livre e de boa qualidade. Os funcionários são educados e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. O serviço de quarto é muito bom. Os quartos, banheiros, corredores, o hall próximo à recepção e todas as áreas estão sempre limpos. O café da manhã é diversificado com opções de sucos, bolos, frutas e pães. O quarto tem tamanho adequado, possui frigobar e as camas são bem confortáveis. Além disso, a pousada disponibiliza piscina, salão de jogos e estacionamento grátis.
