Adorei tudo no hotel, o Sr. Lelo foi muito atencioso, so tive um probleminha para passar pela barreira sanitaria, pois nao recebi o qrcode, mas consegui resolver rapidamente com o atendimento do Sr. Lelo me orientando a mostrar o email de reserva e tudo foi resolvido em menos de 10 minutos.

O quarto refletiu o que foi divulgado por vocês, exceto pela quantidade de escadas para descer 79 degraus para chegar à rua e ir à praia, 69 para ir ao café da manhã e quase 60 degraus para pegar o carro e sair. Agora multipliquem por 2 por causa da volta. A minha insatisfação é que eu não tive escolha, porque nada foi dito. Eu estou com o joelho prestes a operar.....Então, preferi ficar no quarto à sentir dor ao sair do quarto para qualquer lugar. Muitos reclamando. Mas a pousada é muito boa, muito bem cuidade e confortável. Ainda aceita cachorros. Melhor não podia.

Excelente !!!!

Lugar incrível. Pousada com 3 piscinas, os funcionários são maravilhosos. Fica um pouco distante do centro, para quem quer sossego é uma ótima idéia. Muito perto da praia da Ferradurinha e Geribá, dá para ir andando tranquilamente, as praias são ótimas. Fora da Pousada tem alguns restaurantes, comida boa e com bom preço.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, praticamente na Praia da Ferradura e a uns 200 metros do canto de Geriba. E estrutura boa com várias piscinas. Acho que falta um pouco de qualidade nas camas que não são boas para dormir e nos travesseiros que são muito finos. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas tranquilo e bem organizado. Acho que poderiam investir em ter telefones no Quarto, já que a recepção é na parte alta do imóvel e ai por exemplo precisava de umas dicas para me logar na internet wifi e acabei não usando a mesma com preguiça de ter que subir os vários degraus até a recepção.
