Cheap & No Frills
The hotel was very motel like and is located at the quiet side of the town. It wasn't easy to get around on foot, so we rented a buggy while there. The hotel is very very basic and the front desk is tiny. But, everyone there was very helpful and friendly and it feels like a small family run inn. The room was clean, and we were upgraded to a bigger room for free because we wanted something on the second floor. This was my first time to Buzios, so this may be the norm. Everyone was friendly and breakfast was good, but it's very basic accommodations.

Desorganização total.
Chegamos no local e a recepção não tinha feito a nossa reserva, e ao longo da estadia vimos que o mesmo aconteceu com diversos hóspedes. Nos fizeram esperar quase 2 horas para que o quarto ficasse pronto. Totalmente desorganizados. O quarto não era aconchegante, a maçaneta do banheiro estava estragada e não recolocavam produtos de higiene. Café da manhã razoável, mas podia ser melhor pelo preço da diária (R$300,00 em jan/2017). Positivos: A piscina era bonita e o estacionamento era dentro da pousada(descoberto).

Expectativa frustante
As fotos publicadas pela pousada não revelam a realidade das instalações. Os colchoes das camas em péssimo estado, as roupas de cama encardidas e manchadas. Quanto a limpeza não tenho o que reclamar. Estacionamento pequeno para a quantidade de carros. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e variedades. A televisão muito pequena.

Pousada problema.
As instalações do hotel são novas ou sofreu obras, mas a administração é feita pelo dono e é bastante amadorística. A café da manhã é das 8 ás 10 e o ponto alto é a oferta de uns 5 sucos diferentes. Mas quando acaba um suco esse não é reposto. Então quem acorda mais tarde tem poucas ou nenhuma opção pois o mesmo acontece com bolos, frutas e pratos quentes. Acabou, dançou. Quanto a almoçar e jantar no hotel, não recomendo. Além de caro (30 a 35,00 por pessoa) é desorganizado e acaba de repente deixando hospedes com comida. Estacionamento pequeno para casa cheia e a internet é terrível. Todas as opções de conexões (são mais de 4) não funcionam. O que salva são o quarto, a piscina e a localização. E a beleza da arquitetura da recepção e os jardins. Em suma, nada que um gerente do ramo não resolva em pouco tempo.
