Family Reunion 2023

The house has a fantastic floor plan. Open living room, wide glass doors that lead you to a veranda with a beautiful view of the beach. The house is clean, but shows some fatigue. Some relative and regular maintenance would do wonders! The crew was amazing! Anderson and Daniele are lovely people. They were super kind and helpful, alongside with another lady that unfortunately, I forgot her name. All together, they made our staying even more special. While there, we had beautiful days, but unfortunately very windy. I definitely recommend this house for those who might be interested in an easy and relaxed vacation by the water. Our family also plan on returning this year. Hopefully, we will see you again!

We stayed for a week on a family trip and had a fabulous time. The house layout, location and views are unbeatable. You walk from the house directly to the beach. Sergio, the host, was very responsive and provided the requested information almost immediately. Daniele, Thiago and Anderson’s hospitality was amazing. They are super attentive, flexible, and made sure we had a great experience. All the meals Daniele cooked for us were delicious! Many thanks!!!

Amazing house right on the beach, great views & service

I can't thank Sergio, Anderson & Danielle enough. A beautiful home, amazing service around the house, helping us with transport, groceries, beach & activity recommendations, buggy rentals and more. They were amazing hosts and we had so much fun!! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Búzios.

Excellent Place to Stay in Buzios!

We stayed at this home for a long weekend with 10 people, and loved it! Both owners, Sergio and Maria Paula were very helpful to us in planning our stay, including arranging transportation and having the kitchen stocked upon our arrival. The housekeeper and gardener were very accomodating and took care of little things, like shutting all the windows while we were out during a big rain storm! The location can't be beat, with the outdoor lounge areas and pool, and the beach right there. This is a great place to stay with friends or family, having 6 bedrooms all with bathrooms is a nice bonus. Close to downtown Buzios, with lots of shopping and dining - reminds me of Nantucket!

A Paradise on Earth

Vacaciones maravillosas. Éramos un grupo grande, la casa estuvo muy cómoda para nosotros, en inmejorable ubicación en Buzios con playa muy segura para los niños. Lo mejor, Anderson, Danielle y Jennifer que estuvieron atentos y dispuestos en atender cada requerimiento siempre con una sonrisa. Gran talento en la cocina, en la parrilla y en el bar! La casa siempre ordenada con reposición constante de toallas. Hasta nos organizaron una celebración de cumpleaños para los niños! Dieron siempre más de los que se esperaba. Nos hicieron unas inmejorables vacaciones! Gracias!!!

Casa perfeita: praia e piscina num lugar incrível

A casa do Sérgio é única na Ferradura. Com uma arquitetura incrível, a casa fica debruçada na praia, pé na areia mesmo, com direito a piscina, ofurô e sauna. Os quartos são super limpos com excelente roupa de cama e banho, inclusive toalha de piscina. Além de todo o conforto do espaço, a Daniele e o Anderson, empregados da casa, nos trataram como reis. Sempre solícitos e muito simpáticos. Fora que a Daniele é uma cozinheira de mão cheia. Voltaremos sempre que possível!!!

Surpreendente e inesquecível!!!

Alugar esta casa foi o melhor presente que poderíamos dar a nossa família. Além da sua maravilhosa localização - "pé na areia" na praia da ferradura- a estrutura da casa é fantástica. Muito iluminada e arejada, de quase todos os ambientes da ampla sala se tem a incrível vista para o mar. A jacuzzi aquecida foi atração para adultos e crianças quando o tempo fechou um pouco. Todas as suítes são ótimas e tem roupa de cama e banho cheirosas. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O Staff da casa não poderia ser mais incrível: Daniele, Anderson e Jeniffer nos trataram com todo o carinho do mundo. Cozinharam verdadeiras delicias caseiras e frutos do mar fresquinhos, e o Anderson fez um excelente churrasco. Eles se colocaram à disposição para tudo o que precisamos- até comprar jornal e pão fresquinho pro café da manhã. São pessoas diferenciadas, educadíssimas, que só nos fazem aumentar a vontade de voltar a esta casa outras e outras vezes. Nunca esqueceremos os dias incríveis que passamos aqui. Para nós a estadia foi mais que perfeita. Recomendo a todos!!!

Estive na casa com mais 2 casais e crianças, infelizmente choveu todos os dias, mas mesmo assim conseguimos aproveitar bastante a casa, que e super confortável e equipada. Além das comidinhas deliciosas que Rose preparou para a gente. Super recomendo e em breve voltaremos!

Passamos uma semana formidável com 5 casais de amigos. A casa muito confortável e com todas as comodidades. Fomos surpreendidos com a eficiência e disposição dos funcionários Marcos, Rosi e Cleusa. Nos deram toda atenção, a Rosi impecável na cozinha, o Marcos sempre nos ajudando nas compras e cuidados com os detalhes da casa e a Cleusa com a limpeza. Com certeza voltaremos após havermos sido tão bem tratados.
