Room was good for its price and confortable bed. The staff was so friendly and helpful! However u can hear everythingg going on in the streets even people talking. I had the windows closed and ac fan on maximum and still could hear everything while trying to sleep. Another thing Is you cannot leave your bags after checking out and it kind of ruined my day plans without finding a place to leave the bags...

This hotel is a nightmare, don't go there! The hotel is located in the middle of a main square, on top of a restaurant with loud music, it's not specified anywhere in the website about the noise condition. There's loud street noise in the rooms also the air conditioning is extremely loud (because it's very old) so sleeping is not possible. I refused to check in the hotel because of this, I explained the receptionist about the issue, I called expedia many times to explain the situation (and I had to find another hotel on my own at 10pm) and expedia and the hotel refused to reimburse me the 3 nights that I had booked. So basically the hotel stole my money and expedia let them do that.

Férias em Buzios.

Chegamos na pousada tudo estava tão perfeito ate que a TV não ligava chamei o atendente que resolveu o problema, agora a TV liga, mas não tem imagem e audio. E para piorar começou a vazar água do teto do banheiro. Diante do transtorno o atendende ligou para a gerente que nos prometeu cortesia que nunca recebemos. Trocamos de quarto para um com janela mas ( NÃO ABRE ) e estava abafado reclamei novamente e fui informado que no dia seguinte iriam desocupar um outro quarto e fizemos esse troca , porem o novo quarto o frigobar esta totalmente sujo com porta que NÃO fechava desisti de reclamar para NÃO estragar meu passeio. .simplificando em 3 dias de hospedagem troquei de quarto 3 vezes . Os atendentes são SHOW parabéns. Porém a pousada deixa a desejar em qualidade e conforto.

Me agrado la atención de la gente que trabaja en el establecimiento. Atentos , predispuestos y agradables. El desayuno muy rico y todo fresco. No me gusto el estado en la que se encontraba la ducha, no estaba muy limpia. Las duchas eléctricas son un problema, no se puede lograr la temperatura del agua que uno espera. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba como corresponde.

Foquei somente uma noite, mas achei a localização excelente! Bom custo/benefício. O banheiro é antigo e precisa de reforma, mas é limpo. O quarto que fiquei era espaçoso, mas sem janela. Ar condicionado bom. Café da manhã razoável. Recepção simpática. Ficaria novamente.

Super bem localizado, compensa pelo custo benefício. Na compra dizia que tinha frigobar, só ficamos sabendo no último dia que tinha que pedir. Ar condicionado estragou após primeira noite. Final de semana tem muito barulho na rua. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso. Wifi funciona + ou -, não fez falta pq sinal do 4g é bom. Funcionários são atenciosos. Encontramos baratas no corredor mais de uma vez. Ruim pra quem vai de carro. No geral compensou o valor pago.

O local é limpo, bem localizado e com boa estrutura. O café da manhã é muito bom para o tipo de hospedagem. Entretanto, recebi um telefonema quase meia noite do dia anterior à reserva dizendo que era pra “eu me virar” e pedir o dinheiro de volta no site hoteis.com pois não havia quarto para mim. Afirmei conhecer os procedimentos de hospedagem, se tratar de um overbooking de responsabilidade do CLH e que de qualquer forma eu estaria lá no horário de check in com minha família. No dia seguinte um recepcionista me recebeu com muita má vontade, mas o outro disse que “daria um jeito”. Constrangedor sendo que paguei uma diária muito acima do normal por se tratar de alta temporada.

O hotel, na verdade, é um albergue que possui suítes. O padrão é de albergue. A localização é ótima, mas não tem muito conforto. Como estava com meu filho, o barulho da rua e do próprio hotel incomodaram um pouco. Além do mais, falta um pouco de conforto.

Foi bem tranquila a estádia, Hostel muito bem localizado, quarto super agradável, porém o banheiro é bem simples. o atendimento é muito bom, são todos muito simpáticos, café da manhã simples tbm, mas bem equilibrado e gostoso. Recomendo e pretendo voltar outras vezes.
