O apartamento é excelente. Equipado com todos utensílios necessários, todos equipamentos funcionado em prefeito estado. Roupas de cama, camas tudo muito limpo. O proprietário é atencioso e os funcionários do condomínio São sempre cordiais. A localização é perfeita, ao lado da rua das pedras. Ar condicionado nos quartos, banheiros bons. Eu e meus amigos ja tínhamos reserva em um hotel, quando encontrei este apartamento, foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. o Apart é uma graça exatamente como na foto, muito confortável e com absolutamente tudo que precisávamos, e o melhor no centro, perto de tudo, melhores restaurantes e praias. Quando chegamos só tínhamos direito a uma vaga , mas liguei pro seu Moises ele pediu que conversássemos com a portaria e quem sabe liberariam mais um carro, o rapaz foi amável e nos permitiu deixar o carro dos nossos amigos. Eu nem vou ficar elogiando muito este apartamento pra não ficar ocupado o ano todo pois ja estamos planejando retornar !!! uauhauaauua Ps: Tivemos alguns problemas com mosquitos no primeiro dia, mas não e culpa do apartamento é verão e nada que um spray e repelente não resolvessem. Este apartamento foi o nosso melhor achado em Búzios sem duvida, ja havia ficado neste condomínio, mas este apartamento foi muito mais confortável !! Muito obrigada e até a volta!

Perfeito, muito bem localizado, apto bem limpinho, funciona tudo, 200 metros da Rua das Pedras, muito bom mesmo. Lembro que o condomínio tem algumas regras, como só tem vaga para 1 carro. Mais é muito válido pra não dar tumulto ..

O ponto forte é a localização, praticamente na rua das Pedras!

O imóvel fica na estrada principal, de fácil acesso e localização, quem está a pé vai andando tranquilo pra rodoviária, é bem perto, na mesma rua. O ap estava em boas condições, cozinha completa, porém, talvez por ficar mto tempo sem uso, alguns utensílios estavam com cheiro de mofo, talvez fosse interessante antes do hóspede chegar, eles serem lavados; mas isso não comprometeu a estadia. Bem espaçoso, cabe confortavelmente 6 pessoas, talvez até 7. Tive um imprevisto, o gás acabou na hr que estava cozinhando, passei um zap pro sr Moisés e em menos de 15min o gás foi trocado. Super recomendo, voltaria com certeza!

Ótimo apartamento com dois quartos e dois banheiros, super equipado, com louças, roupa de cama, toalhas. Fica dentro do condomínio Búzios Internacional com piscina. E o melhor é a localização, a poucos passos da rua das Pedras e orla Bardot... Perto de todos os restaurantes e fácil acesso às praias. Amei.

O apartamento está super bem localizado, 5 minutos a pé da Ruas das Pedras,. Roupa de cama e banho limpas. Cozinha bem equipada. Condomínio seguro e com piscina. Lugar excelente para um casal com filhos. Senti falta do Wi-Fi. Também gostaria de deixar como sugestão para o proprietário, deixar as janelas e cortinas abertas para arejar mais antes da chagada de hóspedes.

La estancia fue excelente, el único detalle fue que las instalaciones como sala de Juegos, piscina, cancha de fútbol se habilitan hasta las 18hs. Es decir un horario en el que se regresa generalmente de la playa. Lo mas destacado fue la excelente ubicación y la seguridad con la que cuenta el complejo.
