Point Break Cottage- Steps to Beach- Community Pool & Spa

This lower level round cottage is just two cottages back from the ocean and features a good panoramic view of the ocean. When renting Point Break, you have access to a bright and open, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with plush sofas, and views of the ocean. The villa accommodates up to 6 vacationers with a master suite with a king bed and full bath, and a second bedroom with two double beds and a hall bathroom. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, private parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. At this Point, we don't see a reason you wouldn't want to plan your ideal vacation in Point Break!

Family Fishing Trip

It was perfect for our quick trip to the beach!! This is our second stay in this place!! We would stay here again. It is clean and perfectly stocked for a family vacation.

Getaway at Cape Hatteras

Our cottage was clean and comfortable, especially the beds and just steps from the beach. The view from our deck was awesome and we spent every evening there. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach Vacation

Enjoyed being close to the beach and listening to waves from the deck. This unit is much like the pictures and was clean and comfortable, works well for 2 to 4 people. Property manager was quick to respond to questions in just minutes.

Wonderful Location

We had a terrific stay. The unit was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Location was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue with the unit and the staff made an immediate response and resolved the issue. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

Very clean!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this cottage! It was also updated which was a nice change from where we typically stay. I loved the walkability of multiple restaurants around this property as well. The ease of getting on/off the beach with a toddler was exactly what we were looking for as some oceanfront houses in the area have larger dunes to go over, presenting a challenge with young children and all the necessities that go along with them. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Fun Time In Spite of Covid19

The pool was always clean and the area was safe and family-friendly. Even though we were in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic, it did not win out over our vacation. We love the Outer Banks!

OBX Buxton

Very clean property, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. The views are awesome and it’s a very very short walk to the beach. Trash pickup here is anywhere from 2-4 am so if you hear something loud that’s what it is. If you stay on a Monday or Tuesday there are not a lot of restaurants open so just keep that in mind. Fortunately the unit has a full kitchen so you can cook something if needed. This unit does have a unit above it so keep that in mind if you are renting the bottom one. When we booked it I didn’t realize there was a unit above us. Thankfully the family above us wasn’t too loud.

Pet friendly spring break

I brought my teenage daughter and her friend to the outer banks for spring break and we brought our two dogs. The property had plenty of places to walk the dogs and easy access to the beach.

COMFORTABLE BUT SOMEWHAT PRICEY STAY

Kitchen did not include a mixer and the unit our son rented did have one. One big issue was that the outside light over the stairs was not working correctly. This was a huge safety concern when it is dark. The last night we were there we came back after dark and it was difficult to navigate the stairs in total darkness. There was some trash stuck in the grass around the unit.
