"Lets face it. Butwal is not a tourist destination or major foreign investment site. The hotel options are limited. At Darcy's you get a clean room, professional service, safe meals and privacy. Nothing is outstanding but the staff is friendly and everything is pleasant. The location means it is convenient but noisy. During our stay there was a communication issue between Darcy's and Orbitz. "Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. "

"Loved this place. The suite rooms on the top floor are outstanding. Staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. Good spoken English. Food from the restaurant (and room service) is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a small problem with the hot water when I checked in but solutions were found. "
