The property was clean, but looks well used and in need of a good remodel. It recently changed ownership, and in the transition they lost our reservation, even though we had prepaid through Expedia. We ended up having to pay for the room again. Then had to contact Expedia for a refund.

not good customer service from Hotels.com
my original reservation was cancelled and you, Hotels.com did not notify me. I called a few days early and was able to get a room on my own. I tried to get an actual person to call me or email me as I gave the "chat" person both when asked. I didn't get good customer service from your site.

The sheets were clean. The bedding on top needs cleaned or replaced. The receptionist that checked us in was rude and offered no help working through a problem they had between the hotel and Expedia.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was just OK. Conditions throughout hotel (inside and out) were very rundown, A "Palm" tree in breakfast artea that was suppose to display fresh fruit was VERY DIRTY. Handicapped room had no room to navigate wheelchair.

The tub filled w/ h2o when showering and was disgusting. Brfst offerings were meager and unappealing. Coffee was undrinkable. Staff was friendly and bed was ok—those are the good points. Also, No wifi. Only reason to stay there is it’s better than sleeping in your vehicle. Highly DON’T recommend.

i had to leave the overhead lights on to run my PAP machine, after two applications of foaming bubbles i was still afraid to get into the shower. i expected a Travel Lodge to be well worn. But this was an abomination. i should have slept in my car, and will before i ever again stay at a TL! the only semi-redeeming quality was that the mattress was firm.

Staff was happy and very helpful, they gave me milk at 1 am for free for my daughters bottle. Their breakfast was good. Every thing was clean. They had a crib waiting for us like we asked when we called ahead. Highly recommend the price is great!

Very Disappointed
The hotel is in pretty bad shape overall. The breakfast was not good, the rooms and facility are in dire need of updating. It was super noisy from the upper and neighboring rooms. The staff was nice enough. Would not stay again. I am not sure how this is a Wyndham hotel.

Room was fine, everything worked. Did not expect first class because the price was so reasonable. Room and facility was clean, no complaints. Only downside was the bed was hard and 2 night stay resulted in shoulder pain. ( I had rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks before, so not the motel's fault)

Tub didn’t drain. Had to keep my foot on the lever of the drain while showering otherwise water quickly pooled in the tub. The metal guard to the tub was not screwed and broken. I got out and stepped on the metal,ouch! No shampoo/conditioner. Outlets looked burned and dangerous. Two towels and one washcloth were proved for 3 people. Smelled terrible of weed in the hallway. Linens on bed were extremely old and had holes and worn thin. Refrigerator either was too warm or iced over my belongings, no middle. Breakfast was stale. A motel 6 would have been a major improvement. The staff were friendly overall.

The location is convenient if I have to be in that town. Bad side, the people who work the desk have the TV on all night, loud. Shouldn't the comfort of the guests take priority over the comfort of the staff?

The overall property is in poor condition, the room was very dark & dingy, one of the chairs was badly stained and the armrest was cracked. The window was filthy, the sink drain was missing. Only 2 towels to share. Poor breakfast choices.

Phone not working. Plumbing not working correctly bathroom shower. No amenities ie. Hair dryer shampoo etc. fan in bathroom obnoxious and filthy. Parking lot horrible. Back entrance remained unlocked at all times. Dirty lobby

This hotel needs to be closed or tore down and build a whole new one, the floor of shower was so soft I thought I would fall thru, the shower head was moldy and about ready to fall out, empty candy wrappers from last person to stay in room, old old comforter covers, flat pillows , trash all over outside of hotel with questionable vehicles parked with windows busted out.. will not stay there again

It was a convenient location for our visit to Deerlodge. The room needed to be cleaned a little bit better. Needs some open outlets for charging devices
