"I have stayed here on several business trips and I find the hotel has a very high standard of customer care. The management team are all professional. One suggestion I would make is to have a senior member of staff working alongside junior staff members when they are behind the Bar. I would also recommend duty managers assist in clearing tables when staff are busy serving customers. It doesn’t look good when a duty manager is standing watching staff dealing with customers and trying to get food orders out and tables full of used dishes and culinary items which was noted and mentioned by 2 other customers sitting next to me in the lounge."
