This well-maintained townhouse offers 57 m² of space for up to five people and is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the beach. Two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, the sunny south-facing terrace, and the option to bring your dog along ensure a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. An additional sleeping area for the fifth person is located in the glass-enclosed sunroom. While this is not a separate bedroom, it provides a practical extension of the sleeping accommodation. A parking space assigned to the holiday home is available directly in front of the house.


The bright living area features a comfortable corner sofa, a smart TV with Netflix and Google TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth, a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs, a Nintendo Wii, and free Wi-Fi with its own DSL connection. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a modern oven with automatic programs and a microwave.
On the sunny south-facing terrace, a beach chair, patio furniture, and a grill invite you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. A small garden area complements the outdoor space. Dogs are welcome and will even find food and water bowls as well as a dog blanket. A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the North Sea resort of Tossens on the Butjadingen Peninsula. The dike is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the beach is only about 300 metres away. Shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, and various recreational activities are all available in the immediate vicinity. The North Sea coast is perfect for long walks, bike rides, and relaxing days by the sea.

Amenities include a cosy corner sofa, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a stereo system with Bluetooth and DAB radio, and free Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and other practical kitchen appliances.
A travel cot and high chair are available for families. A washing machine with dryer function, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner round out the amenities.

Description of the bedrooms:
The holiday home has two separate bedrooms.
The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. From the bedroom, you can access a glass-enclosed sunroom, which offers an additional space for relaxation and privacy.
The second bedroom features two single beds and a wardrobe. This makes the house ideal for families or groups of friends.

Bathroom description:
The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The window provides pleasant natural light and good ventilation.

The sunny south-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing. A beach chair, patio furniture, a parasol, and a Weber charcoal grill are available for cosy outdoor moments.
The adjacent garden area offers additional space to move around. Bicycles can be securely stored in the lockable bike shed. A free parking space is located right next to the house.
Smoking is permitted only outdoors.

A one-time service and processing fee of €19.00 applies to each booking.
