Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ,neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben hier eine Woche mit 2 E..

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ,neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben hier eine Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral nebenan der Bäcker , Pizzeria gegenüber ( Pizza hat sehr gut geschmeckt ) und der Küstenmarkt zum stöbern und tolle Urlaubssouvenirs gab es da auch. Als Ausflugsziele können wir die Strandlagune in Burhave ( ca.15 Minuten mit dem Auto ) , die Adventure Minigolf Anlage in Burhave empfehlen. Der Deich ist von der Wohnung ebenfalls zentral zu erreichen dort ist ein Grünstrand mit Strandkörben und Einstiegshilfen in die Nordsee ( hier empfehlen wir Wasserschuhe mitbringen ) Wir hatten tolles Wetter und eine schöne Zeit in Tossens :)

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Es war alles super eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Wetter hatte leider nicht so gut mitgespielt, aber Dank der vielen Spiele und der Sauna ließ es sich super aushalten. Ein großes Plus waren die tollen Utensilien für den Strand. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie liegt direkt hinter dem Deich und trotzdem ruhig nach hinten raus. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Alles ist super eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht (Kinderschutz in allen Steckdosen, Kinderstuhl und -bett verfügbar, viele Gesellschaftsspiele für alle Altersgruppen, Strandspielsachen, Strandmuschel, Drachen, Bollerwagen).Einziges Manko, weswegen wir leider einen Stern abziehen müssen, ist der fehlende Wärmeschutz bzw. eine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer bei hohen Außentemperaturen kann es entsprechend sehr warm werden in der Penthouse-Wohnung. Wir haben es bei moderat warmen Temperaturen mit morgendlichem Lüften und Zuziehen der Vorhänge über den Tag aber halbwegs in den Griff bekommen.Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ha...

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage im Ort und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die gesamte Innenausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf eine Flachdach-siedlung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber angesichts der wirklich tollen Wohnung wäre dies Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau!!
