Die Wohnung hat uns ...

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, an der Sauberkeit in den Ecken und z.B. auf der Stehlampe im WZ ist noch Luft nach oben. Auch der Terrasse hätte eine Reinigung nicht geschadet. Es lagen Schlüssel in der Schale auf der Kommode in der Diele, leider ohne Hinweis wofür.‍️ Gleich am ersten Tag war der Toaster defekt, somit hat sich niemand vorher vergewissert, das alle elektrischen Geräte auch funktionieren. Hab mich dann mit dem Gästeservice in Verbindung gesetzt, dieser kam auch kurzfristig vorbei und holte den Toaster ab. Er sicherte uns zu, gleich am nächsten Tag einen Ersatztoaster zu besorgen und ihn uns vor die Türe zu stellen. Dies geschah leider während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht , auch eine Mitteilung seinerseits ließ auf sich warten. ‍️Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Ferner befand sich nur ein Rest Toilettenpapier im Bad, weiteres kauften wir! Die Glastüre zwischen unserer Wohnung und dem Hauseingang ist so schwergängig, dass meine Mutter ohne meine Hilfe nicht hinauskam. Ich möchte an einen Notfall lieber nicht denken.
