On the ground floor, there is a small entryway with underfloor heating, a coat rack, and a full-length mirror. From here, you enter a bathroom with a washer-dryer, a shower with a low-profile shower pan, and a glass shower enclosure. From the entryway, you enter the large living/dining room with an open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, Senseo coffee pad machine, hand blender, kettle, toaster, etc.). The dining area features a large table that seats up to 6 people. From the living area—featuring a cosy couch, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV—you can step out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. On the ground floor, there is also a small storage room where you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, buckets, a clothes rack, etc.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the ground floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a large closet (sliding doors) and another flat-screen TV. The children’s room across from it, which has two beds, is exceptionally spacious because it was created by combining two rooms. Here, children can play carefree and undisturbed on rainy days. The three windows can be completely darkened with thick curtains.
On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a shower stall (flat shower pan and glass shower enclosure).
The converted attic features another very beautiful and cosy bedroom with two beds. There is another flat-screen TV here.
The house also features a safe, a travel cot, a stair gate, and two high chairs. Another advantage of the house is its close proximity to the communal sauna house (directly across the street).
