    Welcome to Fedderwardersiel! Our 85 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and is just 200 m from the North Sea (5 minutes’ walk to the beach). The property features 3 bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, a baby cot without mattress, and a high chair.



    Outdoor Area & Extras:



    Enjoy a private garden with covered terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a storage room for bikes or motorbikes and a private parking space at the house.



    Laundry service: Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You can rent these on site for an extra fee.



    Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed (for an extra fee, payable on site).



    House Rules & Cleanliness:



    Non-smoking house; no parties or events allowed.



    Please leave the house tidy: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, empty fridge and dishwasher.



    Guests must thoroughly clean the barbecue after use. Barbecue cleaning is not included in the cleaning service. If left dirty, extra cleaning charges may apply.



    Pets are not allowed on sofas, armchairs, chairs, or in beds. Please bring your own pet bedding or blankets.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Die Lage ist wirklich schön: Der Deich und das Meer sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleichzeitig liegt das Haus in einem ruhigen Ferienpark, sodass wir uns wunderbar erholen konnten. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große Garten – gerade mit Kindern ein echtes Highlight. Der Spielturm mit Sandkasten und Rutsche sowie die Schaukel für zwei Kinder haben für viel Beschäftigung gesorgt. Auch die große, überdachte Terrasse haben wir an den Nachmittagen und Abenden sehr gerne genutzt. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus insgesamt hervorragend geeignet. Die Piratenhöhle zum Schlafen war bei unseren Kindern besonders beliebt. Für kleinere Kinder sollte man allerdings beachten, dass der Zugang nur über eine Leiter möglich ist und daher etwas Vorsicht erfordert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt waren für uns die sehr weichen Matratzen. Auch die beiden Einzelbetten empfanden wir als etwas kurz – für Kinder sind sie dagegen bestens geeignet. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem den nahegelegenen Kiosk mit Brötchenservice. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, ruhiges und vor allem ausgesprochen kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung aber kleine Abzüge

Der Garten ist super gestaltet und bietet für Kinder eine tolle Spielmöglichkeit. Die Terrasse ist schon groß und überdacht. Die Kleinigkeiten die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben sind zum einen das, dass dritte Schlafzimmer kein separater Raum war. Es ist lediglich ein Jugendbett im Giebel, welches sich im Zimmer mit den separaten Betten befindet. Im Doppelbett empfanden wir die Betten als nicht komfortabel, da zu unserem Zeitpunkt keine Lattenroste sondern Bretter verbaut waren. Die Hausverwaltung war super erreichbar und immer freundlich.
