  • We've lovingly renovated this historic hall house, built in 1864, in 2024, blending history with modernity. We've preserved the original windows and doors, while we replaced the roof in keeping with the historical design. You’ll be staying in an apartment with its own unique character and high-quality amenities. The carefully restored brick building has retained its original charm. We've individually designed the flat to give you a successful blend of historic ambience and modern living comfort in a unique atmosphere. The 1.5-hectare site's a little paradise: a beautiful park with mature trees invites you to linger. In summer, sheep graze in the pasture. The Fedderwarder Sieltief to the east forms the site's boundary. Numerous seating areas offer you idyllic retreats. The North Sea towns of Burhave, Eckwarderhörne, and Tossens—home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea—are easily accessible by car or bike. The Fedderwardersiel harbour and the Langwarder Groden are just a few minutes away. Experience sheep on the dikes, migratory birds, and fresh sea air.
