Book a Buti Cottage

An amazing little gem in an unexpected location. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast spread was excellent. The bonus of the beautiful gardens for breakfast was special. A very eclectic place full of unusual and quirky pieces. Unless it is only an overnighter for the airport, a car is required and we found we had difficulties finding decent places to eat in the area unless you like pizza but that is not a criticism of this place. Our drive to San Gimignano and back...

Nice, peacefull, pleasant, quiet...

The property is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, I totally recommend this place!

Delightful! Hard bed, but small problem. Ate breakfast on the patio, and was served proscuto and cheese and delicious coffee, and served ourselves from the breakfast buffet. Wi fi worked!!! first reliable in Italy region.... overall terrific value.

Nice and comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast.

Great hotel in Tuscanny. Self sustaining. A true gem

Great stay. Highly recommend

Room was very comfortable but starting to need a refresh. The bathroom was larg, but the shower was over a very deep bath, which made access and exiting a little difficult, as we are both in our late 70's. Location was excellent, a 1 minute walk from the bus station near the Porta Sant Anna at the western side of Lucca. Staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful villa in beautiful Lucca. Lovely staff, great breakfast and good location a very short walk from the walled city.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Only thing stopping it from having 5 stars is that tge Wi-Fi did not work in our room.

We could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the balcony whilst having breakfast. The staff were super helpful. Very close to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel with modern comforts. Great location and super staff. Loved staying here!
