"While the hotel offers fairly basic amenities, the kind staff and impeccable cleanliness more than make up for it. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. "**Very disappointing experience.** We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation, but only when we contacted the owner to ask for the access code were we informed that the apartment was actually unavailable due to a system issue. Had we not contacted the owner ourselves, we would not have been informed at all and would have been left without accommodation at the last minute.
