Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.

Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended.
