"Very accessible, and right next to the ski slopes, with the ski locker entrance right next to the piste. Within 5 minutes of ski hire/ski pass/shops and delicious boulangerie! Comfy beds, but as others pointed out previously, bench in kitchen/lounge not particularly comfy to relax, and1-2 small sofas might be better? Well equipped kitchen and good, clean bathroom and toilet. Would come again!"

"This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu has nice presentation but poor quality food. And finally, the room did not come with any water to drink nor anything in the mini bar etc. Very very basic, however that is what you can expect for the price. Staff was either young and arrogant or old and tired… they were nice though but almost none of them speak English. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap family friendly ski resort. "

"The hotel was very clean, room spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Probably would have preferred slightly better pillows. Quiet location. Staff friendly. Breakfast not amazing. Quite basic continental breakfast. Would have appreciated some fresh fruit and juices. But we had a nice stay, convenient for what we needed. And perfectly clean and tidy. Would recommend and would stay again. Close to shops , a few minutes walk. "

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offering is decent similar to most hotels on the continent. The mini bus to the ski lifts is very reliable, I think it would be really great if it ran later into the evening. "
