Penthouse Duplex with a stunning views from Terrace and Balconies
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (12)
"The location of this property in Sulmona is great for getting around to nearby cities (we had a car), walking to restaurants and/or stores or just for an evening pasegiatta along the main street and piazzas. It’s a great, walkable town with wonderful, friendly locals that make you feel right at home. The wifi in the unit is great! Victor is a wonderful, responsive, and thoughtful host and guide to the city. We were lucky to get to know him during our stay. (If you plan to stay for an extended...

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (22)
"This was our 5th year staying at Casale Giacinta. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by wonderful scenery (mountains and sea) and offers a great base for exploring the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso or the coast and beaches north and south of Pescara. The villa is really well appointed with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and there is a barbecue area, bicycles, a table tennis table and a wonderful swimming pool. We always have a great holiday here"

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (24)
"We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!"

Beautiful stone house, high in the medieval mountain village of Roccacasale
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (16)
"We had a great time in Abruzzo staying at this property. The property has ample space, is very quiet and a great price. It has great views of the valley and is near Sulmona and just an hour from the beaches in Pescara. There is plenty of space and plenty of beds. Having three bathrooms was great. Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and during the stay. If you want to stay in a roomy place to experience a real Italian village this is it. Casa Rosa Detached in middle of Village - Roof Terrace, Garden, WiFi
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (76)
"Off the main tourist beat in a quiet little village. Easy access to many wonderful places but only if you have a car. The village itself is very quiet with just a few facilities - bar, small food store, pharmacy - but only a 15min drive to the large town of Sulmona which has all you need and a great market on Wednesday and Saturdays. The house is comfortable, with a couple of lovely outdoor areas for the warmer weather. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor accessible only by a narrow...

Charming house in the historic heart of Loreto Aprutino
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Eric and Rita’s house is perfectly situated in the historic center. Every floor has a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape with the mountains in the distance. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Loreto Aprutino is a lovely little, somewhat sleepy, medieval town. It gives visitors a perspective into small town life in Italy. Despite its small size, the town has some very good restaurants and wonderful museums. We recommend visiting the ceramic and olive oil museums. The only...

Special offer Hilltop Villa with Private Pool and Stunning views 10,800 sq ft
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"We loved staying at the Serramonacesca house…such a peaceful place in the most spectacular setting. We could happily spend our time on the back terrace overlooking the glorious countryside; and we made our way up the circular staircase every night for appetizers and then dinner, enveloped by the sunset and then watching the lights of Manopello go on, one by one. But there was so much else to do, within easy reach of the house, that we loved this too; and Valerie went above and beyond as a host,...

Unique house with residential tower and swimming pool, mountain view, silence, child friendly
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"I cannot thank and recommend Rolanda and Torre Dei Tre Fratelli enough (including Cinzia for the loveliest welcome)! Our trip was special as it was our first family trip visiting Abruzzo in 15 years to visit my father’s elderly relative. Torre Dei Tre Fratelli was such an amazing welcome from the moment we arrived; the drive to the home (which is surrounded by spectacular views) we were welcomed with fresh bread, milk, supplies and the most wonderful home-cooked goods from Cinzia. The Torre is...

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2)
"The location of the property to restaurants was great. However, the property is tucked away on a side street. If arriving after 7 pm, guests should be told not to drive past the Pizzeria on the right since house numbers are difficult to see in the dark."
