"Upon arriving at the reception it was quite busy and we had to wait awhile to be served. The staff member was ok and talked us through some information. we had a one bedroom apartment which was situated on the first floor. Our view was looking into the carpark and not the swimming pool/garden area. when we asked a staff member if it was possible to change our room to the swimming pool/garden area we were told quite abruptly no and we should of requested a room with that view when we booked, we did explain that we did not realise that we had to. the apartment was quite clean and tidy but very dated, there was rust around the shower cubicle and a kitchen door hanging off its hinges. we opened our bedroom window only for the winder to break and when we pulled back the blind one section came off. we did report this and a maintenance man came and fixed it for us. I can not comment on any of the facilities, such as breakfast or dining experiences as we chose not to use any. We found this resort very underwhelming which was a shame."

"The staff at reception were lovely. The rooms are basic but nice ( walls are a little thin so you can hear next door). Location was great, amenities good and location to beach was awesome "

"A nice apartment , facilities are great just disappointing that the pool and spa and games room closes at 6 pm . Everything you need is supplied at the unit , having a washer/ dryer was great . "

"Room nice and clean , good amenities , great selection of soaps , shampoo etc in bathroom . Only problem was the fly wire door had no lock so had to lock glass sliding door at night , no flesh air . Staff excellent. "

"Everything was amazing, the house was beautiful and well maintained, good to relax in after a long day out. Only issue was how to use the stove, eventually got it but instructions might help for use of it. Other than that we enjoyed a wonderful stay."
