Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood.
Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception
Cons
We were up 3 flight of stairs. With heavy luggage that was hard with no elevator available. The room was quite warm. Fans were provide and window opened but was still hot. The shower was hard to use with limited water pressure. It would go from super hot to super cold.
Overall cute place and very unique but I don’t think I’d stay again.

Very well situated hotel with a small carpark you need to rebook. The room was comfortable but I checked out only a few hours because of the riots and I didn’t want to be trapped in the hotel.
I have to say the hotel has the worst gym I have encountered in a 5 start property. There were only 3 cardio machines, a small selection of bar bells and an inflatable ball. The gym itself was squeezed into a room smaller than my bedroom Not good enough.

Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast.
Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible.
Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay incredible. Thank you to all staff and I hope people appreciate all the effort that is put in to make it as memorable a stay as possible. Until next time!
