The room was huge, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the Wi-Fi situation was very disappointing. There was only one Wi-Fi router in the living room, and the signal was extremely weak in the master bedroom. In fact, there was basically no Wi-Fi signal in the master bedroom or bathroom, which made it difficult to use the internet throughout my stay. The check-in area was also very crowded, with too many people in a relatively small space, which made the arrival experience quite hectic. Overall, while I really enjoyed the spacious room and incredible view, the lack of reliable Wi-Fi throughout the room and the crowded check-in area made this less than a great experience for me.

High rise new 3 br 3 ba apartment on haeundae beach with mall on thef irst 2 floors and hotel nearby. Easy walk to blue line, nearby restaurants and haeundae beach. Spectacular view from 59th floor. Easy communication with the host via messenging app. We were there during bts concert and price might reflect that Kitchen not well stocked. 6 plates, 6 mugs... Had only 4 towel set on check in although now provided during stay

Lovely spacious apartment, amazing view. Good supply of bottled water and fresh towels. Only disappointment was that the room was advertised as having hot tub but there was a sign on it saying cannot be used due to hygiene reasons.

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan.

Once you get to the room it’s great, the check in process though is confusing, it’s a small desk on level B4 so so when you enter you have to figure out how to find that without much assistance, but once we did the check in was quick and the rooms are amazing, place is very busy but that makes sense since it’s gigantic with probably several thousand people staying there at anytime.
