Excellent stay! Very welcoming receptionist and the room was extremely comfortable and clean! Would highly recommend this hotel to any guest staying near Gwangalli Beach. It’s about a ten minute walk from the beach.

On the first night, I booked the Family Suite, which cost nearly 450,000 KRW per night. I chose it because it came with a kitchen, but upon check-in, I was told that cooking was not allowed. If cooking isn’t allowed, I don’t understand why the induction stove is even there—and especially at this price point. This is the most expensive room in the hotel, yet it was located in the farthest, darkest corner near the third-floor lobby. It felt like being stuffed in a storage room. The next day, I moved to the Royal Twin Room on the 10th floor (the second largest room in this hotel), and it was much brighter and more pleasant overall. One uncomfortable experience: during the day, my niece briefly visited, and we were told that visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms. The staff even called us to check if she had left the building, which made us feel like we were being watched. They explained it’s to prevent visitors from staying overnight—which we had no intention of doing—but still, it was an unpleasant experience. Also worth noting: the Royal Twin Room is technically designed for up to three guests. Another issue—the bathtub floor felt unstable, like it might break soon, so I believe it needs repair. After taking a shower, water pooled heavily on the edge of the tub. It’s not something you’d notice without using it, so I’m writing this here to inform others. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I did not receive the room I had booked and paid for. The room I was given was clearly different from the photos and description on Expedia. When I pointed out the difference, the booking confirmation clearly showed the room I had reserved. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to resolve the issue, the staff member unfairly blamed me, insisting that I had booked a different room. The staff member’s rude and dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. I traveled all the way from the United States to Korea for this trip. It had taken me months, even years, to plan, and I was looking forward to spending quality time with my daughter. Unfortunately, because of this experience, what should have been a happy trip became overshadowed by disappointment and sadness. An Expedia representative listened to the conversation over the phone, recognized how unprofessional the staff member was, apologized to me, and offered some compensation. While I appreciated Expedia’s effort, no amount of compensation can replace the memories that were ruined by such poor customer service. Even months later, I still feel upset whenever I think about what happened. I paid for a specific room but never received it, and instead of taking responsibility, the hotel blamed me. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its customer service and staff training so that no other guest has to go through the same experience.

Bathoom does not have sufficient lighting. Only one dim light in the shower area and no light on the sink area. You can't really see your face on the mirror because it's too dark. Staff was not there after midnight. I took a friend to check in at the hotel at midnight but no one was around.

광안리 해변과 민락수변공원 근처라 위치가 정말 만족스러웠습니다. ​객실이 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 관리되어 있어서 들어서자마자 기분이 좋았고, 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 머무는 내내 따뜻한 기분을 받았습니다. ​특히 3층에 있는 가든테라스가 아주 매력적인 공간이었는데요. 야외 가든테라스에서 감성 있게 끓여 먹는 한강라면은 정말 별미였습니다! 객실로 돌아와서 다시한번 가든테라스에 들러, 시리얼에 우유까지 말아 먹으니 소소하지만 완벽한 힐링이었네요. ​주변에 민락회타운과 감성 카페, 맛집들이 도보권에 모여 있어 여행 동선 짜기에도 더할 나위 없었습니다. 편안한 휴식과 멋진 야경, 그리고 맛있는 추억까지 남길 수 있는 곳이라 다음 광안리 방문 때도 꼭 다시 찾고 싶어요!

광안리 근처에서 숙소를 찾다가 가성비가 좋아 보여서 예약했는데 생각보다 더 만족스러웠어요! 디럭스 더블룸에서 편하게 쉬다 왔는데 객실도 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 침대도 편안하고 객실 분위기도 아늑해서 광안리에서 편하게 쉬어가기 좋았어요. 가격 대비 객실 컨디션도 괜찮아서 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다음에 광안리 근처로 오게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶어요!

광안리 여행 중 뉴시즈 광안 호텔에 투숙했는데 전반적으로 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 무엇보다 광안리 해변 인근에 위치해 있어 접근성이 좋았고, 주변 관광이나 맛집을 이용하기에도 편리해서 여행하기에 좋은 위치라는 생각이 들었습니다. 호텔에 들어서자마자 넓고 쾌적한 로비 공간이 인상적이었어요. 체크인 시간 전에도 편하게 앉아서 기다릴 수 있었고, 짐을 보관하기에도 편리해서 여행 일정 시작 전 부담 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 처음부터 기분 좋게 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 객실 역시 깔끔하고 청결하게 관리되어 있어 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 전체적으로 쾌적한 환경이 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 조식당도 분위기 있게 예쁘게 꾸며져 있어서 아침에 방문했을 때 기분 좋게 식사를 즐길 수 있었어요. 간단하게 조식을 먹고 하루 일정을 시작하기에 딱 좋은 공간이었습니다. 위치, 친절한 서비스, 청결한 객실까지 모두 만족스러웠던 호텔이라 광안리 여행을 계획하고 계신 분들에게 추천하고 싶습니다. 다음에 광안리에 방문하게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다!
