Down at the heels
Difficult to communicate with staff in English so we could not get help in finding places or other inquiries. Stained hall carpets, abandoned second floor lounge, torn window screens all gave the hotel a depressing atmosphere. Bathroom shower was a challenge.

Great Value. Great Location. Great Staff.
In-between Universities (i.e. Kyungsung, Pyukyung) and Gawnganli Beach. Well-appointed. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. And all at a very affordable price.

Convenient location near Gwangalli beach
Great stay considering all things - and knowing full well it was a 3 star property (possibly a love motel) Bed was very comfortable - I like a firm mattress. Bathroom was huge and functional. Lights in the room and bathroom weren't great, but hey - probably good for mood-setting, Air-conditioner was good. Location was good. Staff were super friendly. Check-in/out was really easy Toiletries provided were fantastic (although no moisturiser)

Out of the way. More of a motel feel. dark hall ways. No1 knows where the hotel is located. Noisy as on the main road. Resturant still under maintenance which is an absolute lie as no one is there.

Nice, clean and comfortable
It was a very comfortable, clean and good-sized room. The beds were firmer than we are used to in the US. But overall a nice room and so easy to book online.

Beach Trip
We made last minute reservations for a spur of the moment trip, and we ended up loving this hotel. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Only about 5-10 minutes to the subway. The staff spoke English, and they were super friendly to us. The rooms were nice, but it doesn't have a view. I knew that when I booked it, so it didn't matter to us. We could get anywhere we wanted to go easily from there. We did enjoy our stay!

Excellent location if going to a venue at KBS Hall
Hotel is very close to KBS Hall. Close to Namcheon (line 2) subway station from Gimhae airport or about 26,000 won by taxi from airport. Went for overnight stay to watch concert at KBS Hall. Very clean and walking distance to nearest beach and shopping areas. Would stay again!

Clean, large room, helpful staff
Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't close to the Port since we were headed for Fukuoka Island. So I dinged it there. But not by much since there was nothing close by that met my standards. I needed to print out our Ferry ticket and the staff helped me do this. They were also very helpful in getting us a taxi to the port.

Far from everything
The room was great with big beds albeit dated furniture. Love the bidet with warm toilet seat and the bathtub made of some spongy material. It was winter when we went so it was great to soak in a bathtub that was not cold to touch. However, the bathroom door lock does not work. Wifi signal not strong and can be slow at times. Location wise, it was far from everything. Although it was stated that Gwanggali beach was near, the lengthy walk had to be done through dark and quiet alleys. It was scary to walk through after dark.

Is a decent hotel, few minutes walk from metro. Across the road there are KBS office and beside the KBS building is a Catholic Church. The room the big, with big LCD TV. Overall is a good hotel to stay. It's can be better is they provide water dispenser, complimentary one bottle of mineral water is not enough for me. ( I drink around 2 liter water per day) haha......

Nice Hotel, close to MRT station.
We arrived early. Courteous Hotel Manageress allows us to check-in early with a minimum fee (acceptable). The room was superb clean and cozy. Equip with 50" LCD TV, Large bed, and a desktop. Gwangalli Beach is just few blocks away (abt 5 minutes walking). Many authentic foodshops and restaurants around that area. Overall, impressed and good stay.

Good value for money.
Hotel is located in a convenient location - 10 minutes walk to the beach and easily accessible by bus from Busan Station. Lots of eating options right across the hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable but cleaning staff can do a better job, especially in the bathroom. Found strands of hair on the toilet floor and bath tub from previous occupants on all days, which is not very pleasant. Both counter staff spoke good English, which was very helpful.

it is a good stay in this hotel with friendly greeting and the hotel is close to subway, room is clean and comfort but mininal f & b. Nothing much to see around the area except 10 mins walk to beach side.

Looks like it has recently been re-done, very nice
Big rooms, spongy bathtubs (that is a pleasent suprise), staff is friendly, location is ALMOST perfect, close to the bus drop from the airport, but a 15 minute walk to the beach (so not that far). Not too much directly in the area, but within 15 minutes you have everything.

Was a love motel not long ago, might still be one
Largish room, clean, but the decor of the hotel and room are a little on the dingy side. The bed is very hard, and not too comfortable. The bathroom is great, clean, with a big cushy tub. There is also a desktop PC in the room. Finally, the TV is huge and has decent international cable/satellite. The staff hardly speaks any english and there is virtually no service to speak of. The neighborhood is decent and safe, 5 min away from a minor subway station, but has nothing to offer. The beach is about a 15 min walk.

The hotel was only a few km from the major points of interest. The beach was only a 5 min walk. The hotel was reasonably priced. We went during the international film festival and it was difficult to find hotel rooms.

Good hotel & staff. The wifi was weak & I was given a different room. No laundry service or food available due to Korean holiday. Nice rooms & bath. Computer is XP & resets everytime you reboot.

Quiet and spacious
I live in Korea now and wanted a break in Busan before travelling. The hotel is near a train station and is walking distance from Gwangalli Beach. There are other hotels closer to the beach, but I prefer to book online as opposed to chancing no vacancies. The room was clean and the loo was pretty hi-tech. The spa tub worked ok. The air con was difficult to use and not very good, but it could have been me. I did not try the hotel cafe. There are two places that were nearby that were excellent. Spoonbread coffee shop and Tres Bon. I would stay again if the prices were lower.

Very nice inside
Hotel was very nice inside, although from the outside it did not look that great. It was very comfortable, clean and the wifi was very fast. I recommend staying here if you are looking for someplace cheap.

Very nice hotel reasonably priced
Very clean room and LARGE for Asia. The bathroom was almost as big as some of the hotels I've stayed in. Two double beds, large TV, sofa and a desk. Maybe that was just our room but the space was appreciated as we were traveling with our two daughters. 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, etc. around the neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the subway. It might not be the prime location in Busan but for the money I doubt you will find a better bargain. Plus it is easy to get around the city by subway so location for us was a luxury.

Room was very big with 2 queen size beds. Bathroom has a regular shower area and a Jacuzzi tub beside it. Room comes with WiFi and a PC in the room. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from the nearest station and a 7 minutes walk from gwangili beach. The only downside to this place is that they channel the water from the air conditioner to the toilet so it is a little wet sometimes. If that's the only downside then that's saying something about how good this place is.

Awesome hotel!
Clean and big room. Awesome toilet! Staffs are helpful. We can even call them at 2am to ask for a pair of disposable chopsticks! It is about 5 mins away from the train station. Few stops away from the beach! However, it is a little far away from the shopping area. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Busan!

An electric bed and jacuzzi!
What can I say? I love unexpected treats like these. We stayed in the family twin. There was lots of space and we were very comfortable. I was surprised to see a cockroach on the bathroom floor - especially considering it was still pretty chilly in Busan. The breakfast is very expensive and the lobby and rooms felt a little dark. That being said, if we got a good deal, we would go back again.

It was clean and close to the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the heat was kept on very high and we asked to have it turned off but it never was. Overall, a nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice, clean convenient and superb
I was trapped in Busan by the coming typhoon and fortunately found this hotel. It is extremely nice and clean. The facilities are modern and working well. It is convenient - just a short walk from one of the two Metro stops and close to beach. A short walk on the way to the beach, there are a lot of Korean restaurants and food vendors. Enjoy your stay!

매일매일 새로운 제품으로 리필 해주시고, 주변도 조용하고 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터지고 객실도 매우 깨끗했으며 지하철역하고도 가까워서 매우 편했습니다 주변에 7-11도 있어서 저녁에 출출할때 아주 좋습니다. 대만 친구랑 같이 묵었는데, 와이파이도 잘 터지고 컴퓨터도 있어서 편리하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 저희는 대만족입니다.

양호한편입니다
전체적으로 깔끔한 편입니다. 처음에 들어갔을때 침대에 휴지조각이 있길래 놀랜거 빼고는 깨끗하였습니다. 따뜻한물이 너무 찔끔찔끔 나왔고 샤워기 상태가 양호하지 못하여 물줄기가 퍼져서 나와 별로인것빼고는 화장실도 깨끗하네요~ 가격에 비해 양호한 편입니다.

쾌적하고 군더더기 없는 숙박
깔끔하게 정돈 된 방이 쉬기에 딱 좋았습니다. 방이 넓지는 않지만 매우 쾌적했습니다. 특히 광안리쪽은 걸어갈만해서 지리적으로도 좋았습니다.(광안리 해변이 보이고 그 정도는 아니예요, KBS 바로 앞이더라구요)
