My husband and I stayed here for an event in a nearby town. Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! Everything was perfect. It was immaculately clean, perfectly decorated and the bed was SO comfortable. I wish we had longer to linger on the private back patio and take in the gorgeous scenery. We will definitely be back.

Our second opportunity to escape to this appointed room for two with all you need to do nothing and Or explore this fun area Fun all around you or just a good nap. The stay is just 5 star hotel stay . It’s all there, thought out and provided For you . Nothing lacking. Great host we certainly hope to return regularly. Serene.

Peaceful stay
I cannot say enough about our stay. It was the perfect location, with a peaceful porch overlooking a pasture with sweet little donkeys. It was close enough to go shop antiques but far enough to get away from all the action. I would highly recommend this place. Decorated beautifully and fully equipped. Host was very attentive.

This place is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect getaway while we attended Round Top antiques week. It was quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Provence escape for one or two
Easy unintended late arrival was perfect for us. Able to be in ample comfort with unexpected over the top decor and full capabilities even ice cream in the freezer . Large room king bed and one wall kitchen with suite like bathroom just past the closet with separate toilet and walk in grand shower with a view Best bed I’ve slept in. Up over a garage so private with a side porch place seating and lounging and lunch with a pasture view. Did we say we loved the splendid decor? Grateful for this lucky wonderful find. Yes, we hope to go back and soak up more

Such a calming getaway!

We love this property!
This is the second time we have stayed here and we had another wonderful stay! The property is clean and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the pasture from the back porch. Far above what I expected. The location was perfect for attending Texas Antiques Week. The MOST comfortable bed. Spa-like shower. Beautiful decor. Bucolic views to die for! (Donkeys in the pasture!!!) And quiet. I highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Beautiful Little Home in the Trees
After many trips to Round Top, we have finally found our perfect and favorite place. Beautifully decorated by owners who have thought of everything. Spacious deck on the back overlooks a beautiful pasture with donkeys and cattle nearby. It feels like your favorite treehouse when you were a kid. Also, Trish is so friendly and accommodating. Close to Round Top without being in the traffic. You will love this place!!
