Located on Uludağ road, among pine trees, Öztürk Mountain House is a quiet and simple escape point for those who want to get away from the city and stay alone with nature.

It is located a short drive from the ski resort. With its spacious garden, quiet surroundings and friendly atmosphere, it offers a peaceful stay to its guests. We first imagined this house as a weekend house for ourselves, where we could get in touch with nature; now we are happy to share the same feeling with our guests.

Our house is a detached chalet located in nature. Its spacious garden is fully open for guest use. In the garden you can set pleasant tables with your loved ones, barbecue; wake up in the morning with the sounds of birds, and in the evening watch the stars. The interior is simple and functionally arranged, offering a tranquil accommodation experience in harmony with nature.

The entire house and garden area is open to the use of our staying guests. Thanks to its detached structure, the space belongs only to you and is closed from the outside to the entrance.

Since our house is a chalet, we can experience short-term water or power outages, especially in winter, depending on seasonal conditions. Against these situations, the house has a 2-ton water tank and a generator with a power of 15 kW. In winter it is necessary to have snow tires and chains.

Due to the location and structural features of the house in nature; in the interior there are fireplaces and heaters, pointed corners and open sockets; in the exterior there are areas surrounded by barbed wire, patio without balustrade and stairs. For these reasons, our home is not suitable for children aged 0—2 years.

Outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and cycling can be enjoyed in the surroundings. Our house is about 15 minutes from Uludağ ski resorts and about 20 km from Bursa city center.

There are no grocery stores in the immediate vicinity; support can be obtained from Meydan Lamb Translation for basic needs.

There is Wi-Fi in the house, there is no television. Barbecues can be held in the garden all season, the use of the fireplace is free. Due to location and privacy in nature, loud music is requested to be muted at late hours.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. There are candles, lighting against power outages. At home, the necessary safety measures have been taken against the use of fireplaces and barbecues, and fire tubes and basic safety equipment are available. Cell phone lines generally draw.
