Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel is close to the Kültürpark metro so transportation is pretty convenient as well.

Staff were polite and helpful. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning was not working. Staff said it would be fixed the next day, but it was not. Another issue was the noise. Loud music from the restaurant could be heard in the rooms, making it hard to sleep. I informed the staff, but the restaurant team did not take action.
