Bursa tatilinde eşimle beraber 3 gece bu otelde kaldık. Otelin konumu çok güzel,Ulu Camii ve kapalı çarşı bölgesinin olduğu yerde.Ayrıca Tophane ve Zafer Plazaya da yürüme mesafesinde. Otel çalışanları gerçekten çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odalar temiz ve rahat. Bursaya tatile gidenlere tavsiye ederim.

Otel personeli çok ilgili ve nazikti. Çok yardımcı oldular. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bulunduğu yer, eğer hanlar bölgesini gezecekseniz iyi. Kahvaltı çeşitlerinde bence fazla kızartma vs. var. Biraz daha simit, poğaça tarzı şeylerle geliştirilebilir. Tavsiye ederim.

odadaki ağır koku

Otel temiz ve güzel, çalışanlar da ilgiliydi. Yalnız tek sorun yaşadığımız konu, konakladığımız odadaki ağır tuvalet kokusuydu. Oda tuvaleti çok ağır kokuyordu ve kapı açılıp kapandığına koku odaya doluyordu. Koku dolayısıyla banyoyu ve tuvaleti kullanırken sıkıntı yaşadık.
