Rezervasyon iptali ile başka oda verilmesi

2 ayrı oda tutmuştuk . Oyel tarafından öğleden sonra aeandık ve boş odanın kalmadığını yanlışlıkla sistemin oda verdiğini söylediler. 2. Seçenek olarak apart verebileceklerini söylediler. Verdikleri apart dairede çarşaflar hariç her yer pis idi. Saç kurutma makinası bozuktu. Bu otelin tercih edilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

従業員も親切、家族で経営している静かな小さなホテルですがイスタンブールでの観光に最適です。朝食も屋上テラスでブッフェスタイル、タマゴはすきなスタイルに調理してくれます。しかし、トルコのオムレツはふわふわではありません。 とても良い時間を過ごせます。

Telefonla arayıp sordum ve hotels.com dan ücreti ödedim. resepsiyonda bana sistemi soruyorlar. ben nerden biliyim üye olan sizsiniz dedim. bu sıteden niye aldınız bana ücret eksik gelicek gibi bir bahane sundu. acık büfe kahvaltı olarakta üç beş çeşit konmuş ve onlarda sayı ile konmuştu.
