"I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby, it was filthy!!! The man at the rest was very rude about not changing my room from smoking to non smoking.. he didn’t change it, so when I went to my room it was absolutely disgusting, bathroom was disgustingly dirty and it was just worn down, sheets on bed were stained, tv was on upon arrival, no remote..stuck horribly! I didn’t stay there for more that 10 minutes before I decided to leave for sanitation and foul odor! Saint George is such a beautiful and clean city, I was appalled and genuinely disappointed at this more 6 property!!! It looks like it’s ready to be condemned imho!! Anyways pay $10 extra and go to ANY OTHER property in St. George, this one sadly the worst I’ve personally seen ever!!!"

"I guess it all depends what you're looking for: I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons: Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. I make my own breakfast so I can't speak about the free breakfast but I heard that it was included with the room. This is one of the older motels in St. George. The beds are a little firm for me. If you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend, you might want to move up to a three star. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced motel and you're not too picky about beds, this place is a good choice."
