The room was clean. We did late checkin but process was very smooth. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

What a great place! Recently refurbished rooms, so clean and great location we had an ocean view room and a balcony which we requested at checkin and was kindly given by the great checkin staff! Only 2 rooms have balconies (3 & 4) i think. Food in restaurant was pricey but excellent, not your average pub food. Continental breakfast included which was ample and nice selection delivered to your room the evening before. Daily room service too which you don't get at many places either. Highly...

Easy check in and check out. Room clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff, clean and well presented. Very central location and very peaceful

We were really tired when we got to the hotel and this place was just what we needed. It's quiet despite being on a major highway. Rooms are very comfortable and clean - wi fi is free. We were so wiped out that we decided to have dinner in house - both of us had steak and chips - the steak was great but the chips were the best chips I have ever eaten...! Staff were helpful and friendly. Probably one of the few hotels I would recommend to friends of the dozen or so we stayed at in Tasmania. Very...

The 4 different bedrooms were great with a family of 5

After arriving at midnight due to the late departure on the Spirit Of Tasmania, it was lovely to get to the cabin to find a note offering an extra hour in the morning. Calling a day before explaining the delay the staff were lovely in offering an alternative to get in to the cabin, which was quick and easy. Super comfy beds all round, quiet, a short trip in to town. It really was a lovely place.

When we first arrived the staff were so friendly....they showed us to our pod showing us how every thing worked...the pods were spacious and clean and amazing to stay in...we would highly recommend these and will hopefully stay in these again in the future

Wonderful stay as always! You will love it trust me!

Very quiet and comfortable room, very modern and beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and lots of nice personal touches to make our stay special and just like a home away from home. Nice large bathroom and the shower was amazing. Perfect uninterrupted view of the river, and a great patio area to enjoy it all. Walking distance to the Main Street, which was a really nice picturesque journey along the river and over the bridge. Couldn’t have asked for more we loved our stay here.

Facilities: Brand new, Top of the line, State of the art; Value: Great deal; Service: Remarkable, Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Spotless, Gleaming; Perfect hosts.

The property was very homely& beautifully decorated ,very clean. Had all that we needed. Yummy breakfast. The Host Rachel was lovely, very friendly & we also met the family dog. We would book there again when traveling to Wynyard. Very Pleased with our stay.

Everything a Quality World Standard Luxury Residence has on Offer. From Beginning to end it was like Heaven on Earth. Probably the Best Accomodation in Australia and among the Best in the World. The Beach and access made this perfect. Rest, Reflection and Peace of Mind to Soothe the Heart and appease the Spirit and Soul. My host was and is genuinely down to earth and defines professional goodness. Look forward to going back. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet nights, beautiful waterfront location and walks

Nice friendly motel, great views over the water. Appreciated comfort in the lounge whilst awaiting my delayed flight to King Island.

Nice hotel. Was originally an old bank and some of the history remains and it looks great. Room was a good size and a lovely bathroom. Great location and opposite the beach. Only problem is that you can hear other people walking around above and outside, but you get that with all hotels so not really an issue. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The walk around the garden area was very relaxing and well maintained as well as the cottages. Price was good. Host very friendly. Very quiet and private.

After staying in some very poor accomodation to this point, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk in to a facility that was well organised, super clean, very helpful staff and generally a wonderful overall experience. Gold star to this facility!
