Beautiful Farmhouse Waterfront Cove with Dock and Hot Tub.

Hummingbird House is a completely updated home in the Farmhouse style located on constant level LBJ inlet/ no wake cove located in a friendly neighborhood. The completely updated kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the large living room. The living room features a large sectional and 50 in TV. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with a French Farmhouse feel. The Cove is perfect for floating, paddle boarding, paddle boating, kayaking away from the waves of the open water. The lakefront is perfect for fishing or just relaxing under the shade trees. Bring your boat or rent a boat the action-packed open water is minutes away. Launch your boat from the nearby boat launch and park it at our boat dock equipped with bumper guards. The large dock is perfect for fishing, other water activities or looking at the stars at night. Whether you want a laid-back vacation of relaxation, kayaking and paddle boarding or minutes away from an action-packed weekend of boating on the open water our special property is perfect for your vacation!!

Bedroom #1 has a King size bed and TV.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and TV.
Bedroom #3 has both a Queen size bed and a Full size bed.
Bunk room has 4 twin size beds and 40 inch TV.

We had the best time at this lake house! Cannot recommend enough! From its well appointed kitchen, beautiful views, lake toys and hot tub to the comfortable beds… all of it was fantastic! Jimmy is great to work with and is so helpful!

Excellent Property

We had a blast with our four kids enjoying the kayaks, paddle boards, and hot tub. The location is amazing and we enjoyed outings to Longhorn Cavern state park and Inks Lake. Everything was as described in the listing and the owner was available and helpful! Would definitely visit again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. Kids ranging from 5-11. It was a quiet little getaway with water activities that kept everyone entertained and contained since it was off the main water way. The hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing were nice and relaxing activities after a long day of exploring the State Parks in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Grocery store was 7-8 minutes away. Heating and AC worked well. Our kids wanted to go explore Enchanted Rock again so we can down mainly for that. We also stopped by Inner Space Caverns, and Inks Lake state park. There is so much to do around here that we could have stayed longer.

Very relaxing house

House came with all of the amenities advertised and everything we wanted. Very relaxing place for our group of 8 adults. The lake is very calm and peaceful just a few yards from the house. We definitely enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards.

Amazing Stay

The stay at the waterfront farm house was amazing. The property manager goes out of their way to help with any needs you have and the house is in amazing condition. There is so much to do and entertain. The house makes you feel extremely relaxed and comfortable, exactly how a vacation should be. Rate 10/10 and recommend to anyone!

Unplugged Birthday!

Great place to float in a no wake zone just off Lake LBJ! Cell phone service is limited at best but wifi if great. A short drive to town if you need anything. A quiet neighbor where everyone is extremely nice. Owner is next door if you need him, and he was extremely helpful.

Our second visit at the Hummingbird

We love this little get away! This little house has everything we need. I love the little reading nook in the living room. The patio is so peaceful and the fish were biting! And despite temperatures of 100+, the inside stayed really nice and cool inside.We love it here!

We had a great trip! The house was near the lake so we had easy access. It was a beautiful view looking out off the deck. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. Great supply of cooking utensils. We are already talking about going again!

Perfect Place

We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024. Our host was cordial, polite and helpful. We had so much fun. We used the big barbeque for dinner one night. The huge patio looks out on the water. It is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. We could not have had a better time. I recommend this place 100%.

Great weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at the property and had a fantastic time. The farmhouse theme was well done. Had a good time hanging out on the large back patio and fishing off the dock overlooking the calm cove in a quiet neighborhood. Jimmy was a great host, thanks for everything. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

The reason it’s 10 out of 10

Everything you see is what you get. No surprises and easy to sit back and relax. The kitchen has a good amount of useful stuff and they even go as far as to stock fresh water/ ice/ coffee /wood /charcoal for the pit. The grounds were nicely maintained. The only downside for us personally is going down to the lake front- and only because knee issues so consider this as a con when renting for older people. I am certainly in favor of visiting again. Great host~ lovely lake house!

Perfect for our family

This property was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jimmy the host was very accommodating and gave us some great suggestions on places to eat that we really enjoyed. The house was very beautiful and had so many great custom design features. The beds were so comfortable and felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. There is so much to do nearby that everyone young and old can enjoy between the wineries, Caverns and State Parks but we couldn't wait to get back to enjoy the beautiful home. We truly enjoyed the gorgeous water views along with the SUP's/ kayaks, and nothing can beat those gorgeous sunsets in plain view not to mention those gorgeous stars at night. We can't wait to come back and visit again,
