They were great!!! Wonderful stay. For those going to visit Nauvoo, I would strongly recommend staying here. It’s a pretty drive about 20 minutes along the Mississippi. Hilton should be proud of this hotel.

Over all the stay was good other then us waking up with bug bites. I saw a few aunts in the room nothing crazy didn’t think anything of it but woke up and we had bites all over and my husbands even got swollen.

This was a clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We appreciated a room on the ground floor with parking nearby, which made checking in and out very easy. The bathroom area had a very small sink with no room to set a toiletry bag. The sink was separate from the commode and shower, which is normally a convenience, but the whole area felt crowded.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was ok. Typical hotel breakfast. Pool was not available during visit. The hotel is in an area with few options for decent dining (other than fast food) early in the week as many of the local restaurants are closed Monday & Tuesday. Rooms are a bit smaller than I am used to outside of large metropolitan areas and feel a bit cramped. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Fantastic customer service

I had no heat in my initial room and I called the front desk, they immediately put me in another room and brought me the new keys. I think the heater was probably operator error (oops).
