Cozy two bedroom - two bath cottage with an enclosed screen porch and a large deck overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. Views include both Mount Mansfield and Camels Hump. Located in the village of South Hero; close to Sand Bar State Park and only 30 minutes to downtown Burlington. Property has 80 feet of direct water frontage. If you're looking for a quiet get away that is close to everything you need, this is your place!

Ideal

Everything about out weekend was wonderful. The setting was ideal and, even though we weren't there in time to enjoy the water, there was so much to do within minutes of the house. Of course, we opted out of some things because we didn't want to leave the house. Rather than go to the local winery, we picked up some of the vintage at the local farmer's market and went back to the house and relaxed on the lawn over looking the lake and mountains. The house itself had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable beds and furniture. Maybe took an extra nap or two. Would absolutely stay here again.
