Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! Barb was an absolutely lovely host, who was easy to get ahold of if need be. The property's views are absolutely incredible. You have everything you need to just have a relaxing vacation with your pup & spouse !

Should advertise how pet friendly they are.

We chose the place and and knew it said pet friendly but it seems like everyone who booked it had pets. My girlfriend is highly allergic to fur and pet hair and the couches were covered with pet hair and so was the whole house it was a great stay otherwise they should just advertise and warn about the pet hair

Wonderful location and comfortable house

The house is stocked with everything you could ever want or need and was very comfortable. Especially loved all of the kayaks and inner tubes. Great access to the water and beautiful views made for a peaceful stay.

A cozy place to get away

This house is perfect if you want to get away from it all and have peace and quiet in the country. We used the watercraft provided to spend many hours relaxing on the lake. Barb is an amazing host and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

A Little Bit of Heaven

The backyard alone is worth the trip. And then there is the upper deck. The lake is beautiful with layers of mountains framing the sight. And so QUIET! Lovely. The house is adorable and always comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans. And the hosts are the nicest folks you can meet.

Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location!

The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!

Awesome Stay

The host was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed up front so we could prepare for the trip.
