Surrounded by towering pines and some of the best riding roads Oregon has to offer, it's the perfect home base for exploring the Cascades. The rooms are comfortable, the property is well-kept, and the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Oregon. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. "Ok - This is the very best vacation rental that we have ever experienced. The cabin was so nice and comfortable, and extremely well provisioned. The owners were very kind, and you can tell that they have put their heart into making this a special place. The beds were comfortable, with several living spaces to accommodate different age groups. The grandkids loved all of the cool sleeping bags and stuffed plushies, the movie room, and the secret nooks to play in. They also enjoyed the swings and the climbing rope, and just exploring the woods. The hot tub was great, and the host even provided fluffy robes. We cooked all meals for our group of 4 adults and 4 children for entire week in the kitchen which was well equipped. All of the basics were well stocked, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, trash bags, and shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap in the showers plus much more. The weather was perfect, and close to beautiful lakes. We spent most of the week just making great memories on the porch by the fire pit with our family. I would imagine it is beautiful in the Winter when covered in snow, but early June was just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing your happy place."
